The holiday cottage is set in four acres of Nottinghamshire countryside,
backs onto Southwell golf course and has views over Southwell race course.
It sleeps 14 (+3) and is well suited for holidays for large groups, reunions
and hen parties. It is attached to Rolleston Mill a Grade II Listed water mill
situated on the River Greet on the edge of a small Nottinghamshire village.
It is ideal for walking holidays or cycling in and around Sherwood
Forest, visiting Newark, the cathedral city of Lincoln or the excellent
shopping facilities of Nottingham. The cottage is within walking distance of
the village which has a public house, 18 hole golf course and is home to
Southwell race course. The minster town of Southwell which has a leisure
center, shops, pubs and restaurants is only 4 miles away. The cottage
consists of 7 bedrooms (sleeping 14) plus 2 sofa beds (sleeping 3 adults or
4 children)
